MAH Registry

The MAH Registry is a voluntary registry of midwives who have been nationally certified and/or licensed, and who currently practice in Hawaii. Midwives who join the registry can list their business information in our "Find A Midwife" directory and are able to file their births through the registry with the State of Hawaii.

It is important you read these documents and complete them thoroughly.  If your forms are incomplete, processing will be delayed.

Once you have emailed all your documents and you have been accepted into the MAH Registry, further instructions will be emailed to you.

Midwives Alliance of Hawaii (MAH) was founded as a domestic non-profit organization in May 1993 and was re-birthed in August 2011. We are currently working on becoming a 501(c)3 federally recognized non-profit.

MAH is pleased to work with all who are interested in midwifery as a standard of care for women and babies.

MAH provides families access to safe, quality midwives who believe that pregnancy and childbirth are healthy natural processes.

Please join us as we work to further the art and profession of midwifery.
